Lara's artwork lingers on the seam. Her recent paintings trace a liminal dunescape -- an ecotone where negative space saturates positive; tonalities converge and heighten; objects erode, and edges remain. In this space between, she studies unraveling.

Spring will be arriving late January, with beautiful new lines from France such as Neen, poles and Irene van Ryb, in a palate of soft neutrals, from lilacy grey tones to off whites. They look great when combined with deep indigo, one of my favorite new hues. I particularly love this season’s subtle metallic finishes on many fabrics, adding that extra luxurious touch. To spice it all up we bought lots of great shoes, bags, scarves etc. in punchy bright colors. Yes, there will always be green, it’s riki and green is my favorite color.
