While the rest of the country is trying to dig themselves out from under the snow, we here in California are merely being teased by the bright winter sun. Just when we think that spring is here, the grey and rainy days return.

Our early February look is all about layering, freshness, color and a bit of bling. A look that makes you smile on a rainy day and keeps you warm when it's still chilly outside. And when spring comes around, just take off your jacket and enjoy the sun!
